Extraordinary opening of Palazzo Magnani for the European Night of Museums 2026

UniCredit takes part in the European Night of Museums with the extraordinary opening of its historic headquarters, Palazzo Magnani, located at Via Zamboni 20 in Bologna, on Saturday 23 May 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The initiative, promoted by the French Ministry of Culture and supported by UNESCO, the Council of Europe and ICOM (International Council of Museums), takes place simultaneously across Europe with the aim of offering residents and tourists the opportunity to visit evocative art and cultural venues open until late in the evening. It is part of the European Night of Museums 2026 programme coordinated by the Civic Museums Sector of the Municipality of Bologna and the Metropolitan City of Bologna.

On Saturday 23 May, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., visitors will have the opportunity to explore free of charge the rich art collection (Quadreria), featuring important works mainly from the Bolognese school, spanning from the 16th to the 20th century, as well as the prestigious Carracci Hall. These spaces of outstanding historical and artistic value establish Palazzo Magnani as one of the key landmarks of the city’s cultural heritage.

The extraordinary opening of Palazzo Magnani represents an opportunity for cultural dissemination and confirms UniCredit’s commitment to making its heritage increasingly accessible to a wide audience, contributing to the enhancement of the local area and its history.

The bank also reminds visitors that the Quadreria is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with free admission.
