Biography
Francesco Duramano (18th c. Ca, Venice, Italy)
Born in Venice, Francesco Duramano is an artist who lives and works between his hometown and Brescia, where he is registered.
He trained in his mother's studio, following the latest studies by Gianluca Bocchi, who identified several still life paintings with flowers in the atelier of anonymous “Madama Duramano”.
Like his mother, Francesco exclusively painted still lives with floral compositions. His artworks were disseminated throughout Europe.
He is also sometimes identified as “pseudo-Guardi” or the Master of Guardeschi Flowers.
